Ken Goldberg

There is not much that makes Ken happier than taking on complex – sometimes seemingly insurmountable – business challenges and figuring the path forward. He is a visionary leader and effective finance executive with an extensive track record of successful acquisitions, mergers, turnarounds, and scaling financial processes and infrastructure.

With experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, portfolio administration, risk management, business integration, strategic planning, business development, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance, Ken has made a career of knowing the path to take to grow businesses, small and large. Ken serves as Rally Health’s Chief Financial Officer and has also managed the Human Resources organization during the company’s rapid growth. He was a principal player in the sale of the company (then Audax Health) to UnitedHealth Group. In less than five years, Ken built the team and transformed the financial processes and infrastructure from a no-revenue bookkeeping operation to a department with multiple offices, capable of supporting more than a billion dollars in revenue.

Ken has been serving as financial and operational advisor to early-stage start-ups and small to mid-size companies since 2012. Prior to that he led strategic and financial planning and operational efficiency efforts at Network Solutions, including the marketing and sale of the company to Web.com. He has also held several executive and financial positions with Capital One Financial Corporation, including EVP of the Private Client Group where he led integration of two bank acquisitions and oversaw a $12 billion portfolio. Ken began his career in the bankruptcy and restructuring arena.
