Rajeev Malik

Starting his career as an Assistant Attorney General, Raj has branched out to become a successful entrepreneur that is highly skilled at cross-functional leadership. Raj’s experience spans corporate development, operations, product, technology, marketing, customer support, and legal.

Known for the successful planning and execution of large, complex, strategic initiatives and transactions, he led Rally Health (then Audax) through a $29M Series B equity raise and then negotiated the complex sale to UnitedHealth Group, where the company still operates as an independent subsidiary and Raj as its EVP of Business & Corporate Development. He also serves as strategic advisor to growing startups, including OpBandit, Inc., recently serving as advisor on their sale to Vox Media, and Thirstie and is an Executive Committee Member for the Ohio Tech Angel Funds.

Prior to Rally Health, Raj co-founded and was CEO for KikScore, leading the global team that developed and launched a groundbreaking interactive and dynamic trust seal solution and then sold the technology to Google. Raj was also instrumental in the growth and transformation of Network Solutions that included exits to General Atlantic and later to Web.com.
