We are passionate about using our extensive experience to coach early-stage startup teams.  We use our experience of our own successes and failures as we scaled multiple high-growth businesses to teach and guide founders and their management teams as they build their own businesses. Our unique approach is being highly accessible and hands-on when asked to help guide founders and their teams.

Ken Goldberg

Ken Goldberg

Ken Goldberg is a Partner at Pixel Perfect Ventures with extensive cross-functional operating experience in financial planning, operations, M&A, corporate investments and governance, restructuring, employee compensation, and human resources.

There is not much that makes Ken happier than taking on complex – sometimes seemingly insurmountable – business challenges and figuring out the path forward. He is a visionary leader and effective finance executive with an extensive track record of successful acquisitions, mergers, turnarounds, and scaling financial processes and infrastructure.

Ken has made a career of knowing the path to take to grow businesses, small and large. Ken recently served as Rally Health’s Chief Financial Officer and also managed the Human Resources organization during the company’s rapid growth. He also led the sale of the company (then Audax Health) to UnitedHealth Group. In less than five years, Ken built a team and transformed the financial processes and infrastructure from a pre-revenue bookkeeping operation to a department with multiple offices supporting more than a billion dollars in revenue.

Ken has been serving as a financial and operational advisor to early-stage start-ups and small to mid-size companies since 2012. Before that, he led strategic and financial planning and operational efficiency efforts at Network Solutions, including the marketing and sale of the company to Web.com. He has also held several executive and financial positions with Capital One Financial Corporation, including EVP of the Private Client Group, where he led the integration of two bank acquisitions and oversaw a $12 billion portfolio. Ken began his career in the bankruptcy and restructuring arena.
